We also offer high quality supplementary services such as real estate video walkthroughs, aerial video, slideshow video, agent interviews, 3D virtual walkthroughs, 2D schematic floorplans, and marketing services.

When will I get my photos?

We guarantee a 24-hour turnaround time for all interior and exterior photos. Extra services may take up to 2-3 days.

Who owns the copyright?

You own the copyright to all photos taken. This includes the right to copy and publish your photos, videos, pamphlets, etc. with no strings attached. 

 

Do you charge for travel?

Travel fees vary. We do not charge for travel for distances 30 miles and under. We will charge $5 for every 5 miles over 30 miles. 

How do I reschedule or change my booking?

You can reschedule your photoshoot with at least 24 hours prior for no extra fees. Just contact us at pjrephotography@gmail.com or give us a call at (626) 863-4043.

What is your cancellation policy?

On the day of booking the photoshoot, we will always check and confirm weather conditions to ensure quality of the photoshoot. However if unexpected weather such as rain, heavy smog, heavy fog, or any condition that we deem would impede the photoshoot occurs even within 24 hours, cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge.
